Time Clock
Clocking on and off on the phone, and approving hours on a computer.
Updated
Time Clock gets hours from the site onto the job cost, and it is for two people. The crew clock on and off from the Time Clock card on their phone's Home screen, against a job and a scope, with a location pin taken at the tap — no tracking. They can add a note for what the clock can't say, like a late start or a detour, and move to another scope mid-shift without clocking out, so the hours land on the right part of the job. Back in the office, on a computer, whoever signs off the hours checks each shift in Timesheets and approves them, which locks the hours to the job cost. The Issues tab finds shifts somebody forgot to end, so a missed clock-out is fixed in one go. Each guide below is marked Phone or Computer.
