Schedule holds two things: the job's programme and the crew's week. In the office, on a computer, the programme is a Gantt. From estimate turns each priced scope into an activity, with its duration taken from that scope's install measurement, so the programme starts from what you actually priced. Add activities, sub-items and milestones by hand for anything the estimate doesn't cover. On site, the same schedule opens on the phone as an Agenda, today first, and Assigned to me cuts it down to your own items — tap one to see its dates and notes, and mark it complete when it's done. The roster lives here too: each person sees which job they are on each day, when to start and where it is, with directions one tap away. Each guide below is marked Phone or Computer.
